I have a 2015 Nissan Titan and I have noticed that the heat controls, radio nobs, and the letters by the shifter do not light up when the lights are on. i have tried the dimmer but that only changes the dash for the speedometer, can anyone help me with this? fuse? thanks!!

are these fuses located under the hood?

Think they're the block in the cabin next to the glove box.
