I have a 09xe crew cab with just the captain chair an no console. Was wondering if I could swap it out with one that has console from 07 I found on ebay?.. any help is greatly appreciated

U can remove the seat....buy captains chairs to get arm rest.

Under the seat is already a floor console with the 2 other cup holders that now makes sense of the owners manual count....nope owners manual wasn't wrong.....it just didn't say anything about it being usable cupholders....lol

Now to get the full center console you would need to buy a lot of parts....but yes it can be done. Example....the a.c. vents and lines as well...

I don't want to add the console that sits on floor I'm talking about replacing the seat with one that has a console built in on the top of it. Mine is just the cloth and two cup holders. I found one on eBay that has aconsle built in the top of seat. Can I swap them out?

Good lord, that thing has to be uncomfortable as hell to drive for any length of time. doesn't even have armrests on the seats! I'd find a way to install a 60/40 bench seat with folding console...

Ya most that do that removal replace the seats with LE seats so you get the folding arm rest that are in the inside seat edge.
