all depends on if you have a spring compressor, or take your new and old struts to a shop to have them compress the srings and swap over the bushing and strut top mount.

on the other hand: the new assemblies would have a new top mount and a new top bushing (which are usually not included in strut purchases) and then you would have to disassemble the new units depending on spacer type used, or add the spacer on top if that is the style.

I think ReadyLift might have something your looking for already raised, or maybe a 5100 Bilstein that has adjustable ride height (front only)

Bilstein 5100s from tap auto will be the best bang for your buck but you'll have to put the springs on them yourself or have a shop do it. You will have trouble with the 2.5 inch spacer causing coil bucket contact unless you get Rc, dirt king, or prg upper control arms. Rc sells a 3" lift that is upper control arms and a 2.5" spacer for about 350. You might get away with 5100s on the middle setting and a 1.5" spacer which would give you 2.5" up front which is what I'm running basically. I do need upper control arms though even after grinding down my coil buckets but for some reason every titan is different.
