all depends on if you have a spring compressor, or take your new and old struts to a shop to have them compress the srings and swap over the bushing and strut top mount.
on the other hand: the new assemblies would have a new top mount and a new top bushing (which are usually not included in strut purchases) and then you would have to disassemble the new units depending on spacer type used, or add the spacer on top if that is the style.
I think ReadyLift might have something your looking for already raised, or maybe a 5100 Bilstein that has adjustable ride height (front only)
