Hi IM new to the forum. I just bought a 04 titan se KC, OR, BT; I have been wanting one four years now to pull my car to the track. I love the truck but two days after I got it the pass. side manifold started leaking
The dealer isn’t going to help much (25%). So I thought about just getting some headers. I just spent all my money on the truck so I need something cheap. That I could just get ceramic coated (my dad owns a powder coat shop) from searching on here it looks like the JBA headers are the most popular, but is there anything less expensive? also is the factory manifold cast? Or can it just be welded?

Where do you live? I'm here in Florida and will sell you my entire 05 exhaust with 20000 miles on it for 100.00 but I don't really want to pack and ship it.

Bummer man, If I have to go stand in line at UPS and take 3 hours out of the day to pack and ship the price goes up to 200 and you just get the headers with cats and not the whole exhaust system. Somebody closer to you may have a set you could pick up. The last time I went to ship headers it was an absolute nightmare. Hope you find some closer but if you don't shoot me a PM. I was just thinking (not always safe, late at night), but a manifold leak after just 2 days and the dealer won't cover it 100%?

What warranty came with the purchase? Wouldn't even a 30/30 cover a manifold leak?

I think you're right - that mofo would be going back to the dealership if it was mine.
