Cipher found bad sensors on my truck?

This is what cipher found a while ago when my chk engine came on, Ive been having sensor problems since I spliced into the wires that connect to the intake but covered them back up tightly, Ever since then its been throwing crazy sensor codes every once and a while. When it first came on a while back I changed 2 of the sensors that cipher said was bad but they still looked good when I looked at them but changed them anyways. Im thinking of getting the dealership to change and put new wires that go to my intake tube when I go in another week or so to get trutrac put on
