Code P1148 and P1276

I need alittle help here. I am pulling these 2 codes on my 05 Titan which i know the P1148 closed loop control (bank 1) or basically need a new 02 sensor. The other code P1276 is AF sensor high voltage detected. Am i pulling this code because of the first code/issue with the 02 sensor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i plan on trading the truck in this weekend and would like to take it in without the SES light on.
