Okay so In the next few months I'll be purchasing new coilovers.
I'm currently running 2.5 internal Res extended Travel bracket lifted Radflo coilovers an need something better.
They will be sent to Greg prior to me selling them for a full rebuild. They ride amazing but just can't seem to handle the speeds i like to travel on the gravel roads. I'm having them bottom out an that just annoys me, I'm sure if the springs were the higher 700 lb springs instead of the 650 it would have helped.
This being said and being a lifted truck that needs travel for 4x4ing at the same time what would you guys recommend I'm thinking something with 700 lb springs an external Res just because. Possibly even the adjustable rebound/compression radflos with the hefty price tag or even a 3.0 set if that's what it's going to take, just not sure if there's room to clear the axle.
Not familiar with the hydraulic bump stops an how they'd function on a 4x4, will also be looking to add limit straps.

After having both Icon's & Radflos on my old Titan, and hearing great things here and on the frontier forum about Kings, I'd agree with trying out Kings. I have never heard a complaint from anyone who has had them on their vehicle.

King will build you whatever you want. They already have a lift kit applicable coilover out which uses a really long lower rod end or eyelet or whatever. It'd be cool to use a 8" travel shock though. (OEM is 4)

This is what I would be looking for another extended travel shock for a bracket lift.

How much are you thinking of selling them for after the rebuild?

Honestly I'm not sure?
What would you guys think is a fair price, they will ship from PRG.

I'm just wondering if a 2.5 shock will give me the results I'm looking for, I know I'll have to pay to play.
Just right now, mine aren't enough for what i need them to do unless you could change the valving I don't know.
I want something with the adjustable rebound and compression like the Radflo Mike @ ORW posted a while back.

you can valve them to help with how harsh it is when it bottoms out. or add hydraulic bump stops and re valve to work in conjunction with them. If its always bottoming out a "heavier" spring may be needed. Honestly, Ben would give you the best answer. he's been wicked helpful for me to set up my 4runner.

i doubt you need a 3.0 tbh. but you'd be the first and it'd be awesome.

Shock hoop kit would be sick too.

Titan Shock Hoop Kit

with their performance LCA's and limit straps and cans.....

That's a sick setup for sure, I'd lose the bracket lift if I went that way. I think I would for sure need hydraulic bumpstops or possibly try a 3.0 without the bump stops an maybe they would do what I want.

I'll email the address you dropped an see what they have to say. It's just tough because it's a lifted truck that still crawls around at slow speeds also. It's getting place to place on then backroads that I need a heavier duty coilover I can't stand the bottoming out.
Really just considering ditching the lift for a similar to the above set up. Fack
