Well, this isn't in the same class as JetTech's spring helpers and Sammy's Flowmaster Dual Pipe threads, and I'm sure others have done this also, but hopefully this will be useful to some: I found a cheap plastic tray that fits well in the Titan center console, serves well in place of the Nissan coin tray that most of us didn't receive. It's really useful to me, since trying to find something in the bottom of the huge console compartment is usually tough.
This solution is available at Wally world, called Utility Mini Baskets by Starplast Storage Solutions (set of 4 about $2.00, either red, black, or white), in the cleaning aisle (mops, buckets, dustpans, etc.). Takes a little trimming of two small flanges on each end, then fits fine. When the tray is positioned correctly the tissue storage bracket on the console lid fits inside the tray with lid closed. Optionally, tray can be positioned further to the rear but is a little tighter due to the console narrowing at the rear.
Anyway, it's handy. The sharp-eyed will probably notice that there are no coins in mine, but that wasn't what this was all about anyway, right? :jester:
Oh, the seat belts.. Read a post awhile back about the seat belts tightening as we drive. Mine does that and it's real irritating. Wally also has two types of seatbelt clips that really fix this problem. One is called "Seatbelt Adjuster" and the other is "Euro-Clip", in the automotive gadget section. Both essentially clip and slide on the seatbelt keeping belt from tightening. Set of 2 either type is $2.88, but as far as I'm concerned, they're worth a their weight in gold!
Enjoy!
