Has anyone actually ran through the dyno with a few different intakes to provide HP #'s?

The reason I am asking is mainly cause Im curious as to an Ebay listed intake and what advantages and disadvantages there are to actually being a cheap *** and getting one?

Do they actually work for HP gains? Or is it a gimmick like 99% of the stuff on there? Or what about using the provided piping and putting on a name brand filter such as a K & N? Any suggestions or input is great but lets keep it to actual results.

That unit does not seal the filter away from the engine bay. I wouldn't get it.

That is the AEM knock off, while you might get similar numbers to the real AEM, the quality is not there. I have heard of many reports of very low quality, things breaking of after only a few weeks, ect...
Just an FYI, Volant is coming out with an all new system mid/late Oct. 2007.:D Heard it's gonna be a good system.:D
