I have a 2008 T CC with the column shifter, my issue is even without the key in the ignition it will shift out of park without touching the brake pedal. I know the 04' &13' column shifters have been recalled due to being able to shift from park without pressing on the brake pedal. Im sure mine is out of warranty as im the second owner and it has 144k.
