It all depends on the condition, price, and year. But since they start making the titan for 2004 the most miles I would want to get a titan would be no more than 50K unless they were giving the truck for dirt cheap. So what year are you looking at?
Since I had an '04, I'm going for anything '05-'06

yeah deff. condition price and year is the topic mileage really doesnt mean a whole lot anymore its really about documentation on how the car was takin care of in the said miles.
so check records and make your dicision
I guess I'm used to the late 80s, mid 90s when it was all mileage mileage....hard to unlearn
I guess it depends on whether or not it has the extended warranty. No extended warranty - wouldn't go over 20K miles. Extended warranty - I'd be comfortable with 50K given proper maintenance records and good condition.
In case anyone was wondering, I ended up getting an '05 w/ 32k miles
Sounds cool. But if you don't mind how much did you end up spending?
^^^congrats man. anything special you like on the '05 vs the '04?

Well I am not sure if some of the differences are because of year or LE/SE. So I probably can't help you there! And I paid $22k

Thats not bad at all the mileage isn't too high for the year, did you get any kind of Warranty with your truck?
Nah, I didn't feel like ponying up an extra $1500 at the time. If I wanna buy one later I will, but for now I'm going to take it to the dealer to mooch all I can before 36k. For example, my reverse sensor isn't working :(
It's not the mileage.

It's the maintenance and the TSB's/recalls that were addressed...

Now if I bought a truck where the warranties were gone, would I be willing to pay for things that could have been fixed but weren't when the warranty was still good?

(brake judder, differential, manifold, etc?)

If the vehicle had these issues fixed and I was going to modify it, then I would take one at 60k with no concerns.
