First I'm going to apologize if this has already been covered, I've been searching for days and haven't found anything. Here's my problem.

I have a 2004 Crew Cab 4x4 with the big tow package. I just bought this truck used about a month ago, and I've found that the driver side manifold is cracked. I do not want to replace it with factory / dealer parts that are known to have this issue and are over priced. I may as well do both sides and upgrade to some really solid headers, problem is I don't live anywhere near a shop that has the capability to do fabricating or welding. Minimum 40 mile drive to the nearest place that is willing to do it, I also don't have the cash to just drop it off somewhere and say go ahead and mark up parts, and do the labor while you're at it.

Is anyone aware of a solid good quality kit that bolts on. I'm talking everything from the headers all the way to the tailpipe?
or
Has anyone done this at home with zero welding or fabrication? I'm talking full perfect bolt on exhaust system?

The 1st gen doesn't seem to have changed my from 2004 - 2016. I can't believe I can't find a kit lol.

Thanks in advance.

Long Tube headers do not require any welding. I did the job myself. Tuning is necessary if you go with the LT headers. Jeff at Cajun will set you up with everything you need.

Minimum $1900 plus install if you're looking to get the whole thing done. Another vote for Cajun, Jeff and Joe are the best!
