I just added the uprev today, took about 15 mins to edit maps for fuel and phase at 3k to 5200. It whips the best tune from a bdgt. Day one in using the new software. Ill post some stuff soon.

I know this is an old thread but I'm new here so thought I'd post my mods and times.

2005 KC 4x2 Longtube headers, custom electric cutouts just behind each header, 4" Mustang CAI, Uprev tuned, Transgo shift kit, Armada IRS, 3.69 300ZXTT VLSD diff, 20" wheels with 285/50/20 street tires. Best passes on email tune for the last 5 years or so were 13.8-13.9s easing off the line (2.1 60ft). Unfortunately I had a Dyno tune done this year and the truck has slowed to a 14.2. Planned on reinstalling the email tune but now I'm hoping to get the PD90 Intake manifold from Jon Long and Peter (Forgottenzone) and get Randy Baker to tune for that. Looking forward to the install and the track (Darlington Dragway) opening back up to try it out.

Took her off road and for a performance test. Awesome approach angle!!!!!!
0-60ft 2.1s
0-60mph 6.8s
1/8mi [email protected]
1/4mi [email protected]

Note: speed adjusted on BDGT 8% due to 33"(stock) vs 34"(installed) tires. distance not adjusted so distance time trials are high, speeds in distance are also high (i.e., maybe 1/4mi is 12.1 at 81mph). Full tank gas, 16g premium mixed with remainder of 87, rail mounted box, oh and a full set of struts for my sons ford five hundred in the back seat.
Sorry I call BS

There's no way you run in the low 12's with a 83mph trap. 12's with a 100mph trap maybe with a 1.6 60ft time.

I agree. Anyone whose spent a few days at track would know that
Uh Yeah totally. I've driven over 10 vehicles at the 1/4 mile and watched every other car I could. And went many times to Test and Tune night without running just to watch. You know when someone's numbers are off :)

Your 0-60 with a 12.2 1/4mi would be in the neighborhood of a 4sec flat. Not 6.8sec

My 98 SS Camaro best run was a 12.6 @ 112mph (was still looking for better traction) Could have been high 11 with right tires and wheel man.

My Frontier ran a 15.9 @ 89mph

My Lotus Elise light weight 200hp ran a 13.7 @ 102mph

I haven't been to the track in years, but my old mustang with auto trans ran 13.2 @ 104 if memory serves correct
Those older Mustangs with drag tires could do that, good time. My 89 Vette would do about a 13.8 @ 104mph, on good street tires. Probably closer to your time if I had drag radials.

This was a 1993, 225hp factory mustang with an AOD. It was heavily modified to run that time. Sold it for huge loss when I got divorced. The hobby can get old unless you have lots of extra money, because you always want to go faster and faster.
