2017 Platinum Reserve with heated and cooled seats. Notice air only blows through half of the seat bottom. Back is working fine. Took to dealership. Dealership pulled unsold unit for comparasion and it was the same. Is anyone else notice this?

So this doesn't help YOU very much, but the heated-cooled seats in my buddy's new CTS Vsport are totally ineffective. The seat heaters are very weak compared to my GTI, and the cooling function, well, it can't be felt. Not even after a half hour. Maybe new vehicles just suck?

I have a 2017 Pro 4X with heated/cooled seats and they seem pretty effective. I have never had cooled seats before so I can’t compare but the heaters seem comparable to other cars I’ve owned.
