Cracks in rain gutters on roof

So I've had some problems With water leaking in the back of the cab and I've narrowed it down to the rain gutters and I'm just curious on how to go about fixing it myself. I thought it would have been covered under warranty since it's a seam that's leaking but the dealer here is horrible. They want 500 just to pull the headliner to see if it's for sure leaking there and then are saying they won't cover any of it since there's not an actual seal there. Any ideas on how to seal it myself? It could be the rivets leaking but there's a pretty good sized crack there.

Picture of driver side. It's pretty much the same on passenger.

It's a 2013. I called nissan and there going to talk to the dealer but it didn't sound like they were really going to do anything about it. Hopefully though. I know this is the last nissan I'll ever own, to many problems and they never want to cover any of them. Love the truck but there warrantys and customer service in my experience have been complete ****.
Is there a way to permanently seal the crack without removing the paint and putting seam sealer on it?
I put some foam weather striping on it already thinking that was it. That's underneath the trim piece on the rear of the cab in the rain channels.
Lol the gutters on my home are doing just fine. Hell those seem to be sealed better than my truck haha
