Yesterday afternoon I was doing yard work and decided to take off my wedding band. I was standing beside my 2017 SL model and thought how convenient that the antenna was right there. Even as I did it I knew this was not a good idea.

I finished the yard, drove to Home Depot and back. Later took my truck for a wash.

That evening it struck me I wasn't wearing a band and almost vomited. I called the car wash and they didn't see it. After Church today I was walking the two mile route I took yesterday and my Wife was going to Home Depot and the Car Wash to look around.

Just as I was making it to the Car Wash they called to say they could see it on the truck as I entered, but not as I exited the wash on their HD cameras. I finished and walked in and thanked them for looking. My Wife picked me up and 30 minutes later they called to tell me they had retrieved it. I certainly appreciate their extra effort and now I have my wedding band back.

BTW there is a whole lot of shiny stuff in and beside the road.

Yeah i know it's been a while since i have been on here! I have been so busy the last several months... but I'm back tho!

I have been an Admin on the TT Group Page on FB for a while now. I also run the, International Race Club VK56 Page.("IRCVK56")

Since Brain (Papa_D) stopped posting a few years ago, before he left he appointed me the "Head Crew Chief" for the Race Club.

I just couldn't stay away. I missed the TT Forum!!! I love this place & TT will always be my Home away from home! haha

I hit 120K miles a couple months ago, so i have been dong all kinds of maintenance work to my '05 Titan!!!

Yeah. The guy on duty was the son of the owner. I tried to slip him a $50 for his
troubles, but he refused. He really helped me out and I will be a loyal customer forever.
