Does anyone have this installed and how does it fit and hold up? Thanks for any inputs.

Don't personally have it but was recommended as a cheap option by an installer friend of mine. It'll hold on fine as long as you don't drive your truck off a cliff any time soon. If you're really worried about it, CST and Maxtrac aren't too much more expensive and they have more of a reputation.
