Enclosure only. Someone make me a a decent offer with shipping included. It was built for my King cab and the seats do not latch, they just sit on top the box. I've never had a problem with the seats sitting on top the box.

How tall is the box at the front edge of the seat? Any pics with the box in the truck? With speakers or without? If i decide to get this i could save you the hassle of shipping becasue i'm only a hour and half from you.

The front of the box is 12.5" tall int he front.
