today i decided to try my hand at vinyl wrapping my hood using

Knifeless Finish Line Vinyl Wrap Cutting Tape

all i can say is WOW! The design options are endless.

just a heads up... If your like me and looking to cover up fading factory paint.

I used 3M flat black vinyl and this weekend decided to remove it.

Well upon removal it did pull a chuck of paint off

Granted that spot was fading but the clear had not started chipping or flacking so i was quite shocked this happened

needless to say i had to rewrap the hood haha

That's a really good do it yourself job. (Not the paint scrape......that just looks painful). Have you ever thought about doing it for friends for a little side cash?
