Dead low beam headlight????

Hey guys,

I'm having an issue with one of my headlights. I checked it with my volt meter and there is no power at the plug. I pulled the fuse and that seems to be fine too. Do you guys have any ideas what it could be? I should have looked for a relay but I have my fuse block for my amp power mounted to one of the covers and it was hard to get it out and look to see what was what.
