I emailed Consumer Reports and they do not see this issue either. Nissan USA has told me this is normal for ALL 2017 Nissan Titan.

CR: ”It does not appear that our testing showed any issues to the extent of that you are experiencing. there were shakes with dips and swells in the road but nothing to what you describe and show.”

Well, SOMEBODY had to!

No shaking here, but I'll have to pay closer attention.
I assume that you felt this before seeing the symptom (and filming it)?

The 2016 Titan XD that I test drove before buying my 2017 Titan Crew Cab did have some sort of shake to it - felt like from the passenger rear, and I thought an unbalanced tire the most likely cause.
It was used and seemed to have a bit of a shady past, including non-stock tires at under 8,000 km on the odometer. I ran.

My first gen Titan has always had a slight shake to it. Not as bad as yours, but if no one is sitting in the passenger seat it'll shake a bit when at speed.

The 2004-2012 Titans had a Technical Service Bulletin for this vibration. Maybe you are experiencing the same?

Classification: RA07-002D
Reference: NTB07-054D
Date: August 22, 2011
2004-2012 TITAN; VIBRATION AT LOW SPEED
This bulletin has been amended. The APPLIED VEHICLES section has been revised to include latest model year. Please discard all previous versions of this bulletin.
APPLIED VEHICLES: 2004-2012 Titan (A60)
IF YOU CONFIRM
A vibration is felt in the steering wheel (other than shimmy) and/or floor and/or seats when driving at a speed between approximately 25 MPH and approximately 40 MPH only.

The fix was to shim up the rear axle/leaf springs. You might want to check with the dealer on this.

My Titan doesn't shake at all .Very smooth at any speed . I would get your tires rebalanced
Local dealer did the following:
1. Road force balance (Day of purchase) and said it was flat spots and would be better after 500 miles.
2. Road Force balance about two weeks later and replaced 1 tire.
3. Replaced axle.
4. Nissan USA came with senior engineer, replaced all 4 tires, adjusted Exhaust, and tighten bolts on frame.

Senior engineer said I have the SMOOTHEST 2017 Nissan Titan on the road. As you see in the video, I do not think this is true.

JESUS CHRIST!!! RETURN THAT HUNK OF SH^T TO THE DEALER ASAP!!!!!!

my 04 lifted on 35s with past blown ranchos doesn't shake like that.

i have a 2016 silverado and they have the "chevy shakes" after watching your video i no longer believe i have chevy shake.

that is bad, awful, terrible, disgusting, etc for a brand new truck to do!

I would take back to the dealer immediately.

My 2017 Titan shakes exactly like that. Shortly after purchasing it I returned it to the dealership. After 4 visits they finally replaced all four tires, attributing the problem to tire flat spotting. It did not fix the problem. It’s very unfortunate because I really like the truck, however it’s enough of a problem to make me not buy another one.

Before you made that decision did you deal with the service manager direct and have them test the drive line out to be sure it was not a drive line issue and or a suspension problem? That is what I would do. Its not common the issue you are having but there will be a solution to it, just a matter of going through the proper channels.

Bad, awful, terrible, disgusting etc, then what would you say if I told you this? My brand new SL was missing a box frame bolt, uni track rail was completely the wrong one and holes didnt line up, all the bolts in the uni track were finger tight only, rear quarter panel gouge , paint flaw near gas filler, replaced my headlights THREE times @ 2450.00 a piece!!, front complete grill assy replaced, exhaust flange unspun caused alot of noise, shall I go on? Sure I could have said take this back and have them give me another one but no I made them earn their dollar and fix everything under warranty and that is exactly what they did no questions asked and now its spot on inside and out probably better then factory because I made damn sure they got every issue done and done correctly!

That's a weird shake. I would say tire out of balance or flat spot, but if they replaced all 4 tires and the axle... not sure what it could be. Maybe drive shaft? I had a drive shaft out of balance once that would make a seat shake like that.
