Door lock actuator

I recently replaced my passenger side door lock actuator, and whenever I go to lock it using the buttons inside the truck and on my key fob it will not unlock the passenger side door only the driver side door. Does anyone have any solutions or idea what this might could be? I doubled check and even triple checked to make sure my connection in the wiring was good and made sure the cables were in their designated places.
