Caster alignment. The cam bolts used for adjusting camber are used for caster too. Since you have an '05 you have them, but they can get rusted too much to adjust. You can instead do the pinch weld mod, (see link in my sig). If it still rubs you need to cut more, and -12 mm offset on a 9" rim is the usual cause of rubbing at the pinch weld.

Do you mean behind the mud guard, (if you have one)? I had to trim there too, as I show in the pic in the link, but on both sides. If you can get your caster changed that would be best, but it needs to stay within the range spec'd.
