I have a 2004 2wdTitan and the drive shaft fell out 3 times how do I fix this problem? I have the drive shaft in the bed of the truck but apparently I am missing a bolt. How do I get a new bolt?

like sdharleydad sad, you probably have a ridiculous half-azz lift/blocks on your truck. The slip yoke is probably only engaged just a little in the trans tail shaft and when your rear travels up, it falls out.

more info would help like if you're lifted and what kind of lift? which bolt are you talking about as there are 4 bolts on one end and a carrier bearing in the middle
