Drop front differential
Has anyone dropped the front differential just to inspect it and make sure everything looks good. And what would need to be replaced to put it back in and have it in the best condition it can be in

You're drive shaft is pulling out. Common on '04. The only solution is to get the new updated front differential. Anything else you try will be a band aid fix as the drive shaft will keep coming out and you'll continue to lose fluid.There is a leak at the driver's side axle and where the drive shaft meets the differential.
