Drop front differential

Has anyone dropped the front differential just to inspect it and make sure everything looks good. And what would need to be replaced to put it back in and have it in the best condition it can be in

Preventative care? Lol. I got the truck, around 105,000 miles, it's an 04. I had checked the levels of the front differential fluid around 120,000 miles and it was super low, not even sure there was much in there. There is a leak at the driver's side axle and where the drive shaft meets the differential. So I just want peace of mind or knowledge of the gears themselves? Also would like to change the seals and do a dump and fill so I know what and how much is in there

No no, it was very low when I added fluid, yes it overflowed, but it didn't even overflow when I added it. So the fact that it overflowed when I checked it months later and it has a couple leaky seals confuses me.
