I have a 2004 titan with over 185000 miles. I am experiencing codes p1148, p1043, and p0430. I know the first two are my o2 sensors and the last one deals with the catalyst system my issue is that I c as not reset these codes or just don't know how for inspection purposes in the state of Va. Does anyone know if these codes would fail my truck or do I need to replace something? Please help and thank you in advance.

Those codes WILL fail your OBD2 testing. Clearing them prior to your test will flag your OBD2 readiness state and the inspector will see it was recently cleared, and they will ask you to come back later. (OK, I am not a VA expert, but this is how most places will handle this).

You likely have failed exhaust manifolds, these are the codes that indicate the catalyst system is out of whack, either bad sensors, bad cat or manifolds sucking in so much air to throw out your O2 readings, or any combo of all 3.

Are you aware of your manifolds leaking?

short answer...no. besides, the cats are integral to the manifold...not separate..so there's no replacing of just the cats. with that many miles, and if the O2 sensors are original, then most likely they were failing over some time without a code being set, making the ratio richer and richer which causes the cats to plug up in most cases. then introduce the temperature increase within the manifolds due to cracks introducing fresh air into the exhaust behind the heads and you get a double whammy which may have blown out the honeycomb(s). only a visual will show this.
