Need some help. Found wires under passenger seat with 1 set mark elect brake control with a factory plug. Another set with no plug and no markings. 1) do I hook them together 2) leave them alone 3) or they for a factory installed controller?

Leave alone, the electric brake plug is there if you wanna add a brake controller for a trailer. The other plugs are for accessories your truck didn't come with.
