I designed this for my truck and tested it for a couple days. It needs better fans, they are cheap china 13" fans that were supposed to be 2000 CFM each. If you have a heavy foot or live in a warm climate you would need to replace the fans with good Spal fans to be safe. I started designing another shroud that will use 4 fans, so I'm selling this one. It was designed to fit on a Stillen / CSF radiator. I believe it will work on a stock radiator, I just don't have one here to confirm. Comes with a thermostat, relay and fuse too.

Yes I've considered that fan. The total CFM for the fans I plan to use will be 4950.

Hey man that looks good. I'm running a 16 in mounted flush to the radiator in the back connected together with the one in the front that comes from Factory, weather's pretty hot down here in Miami and I haven't had any problem I'm looking for a shroud that I can mount both my 16 and the one in the front. I figure I should be good with that seems I'm running it now and is working good with the factory thermostat, wish I will also change to a 170. You think you can help me with that?

How large is the fan in the front? You can't fit two 16" fans. If you want a custom shroud designed email me at [email protected].
