So I just pulled my valve covers and upper timing covers to reseal them... Now it's in need of a serious cleaning, any ideas? Kinda skeptical about hosing off my engine with all them electrical connections... Anyone got any pointers? Tia

Purple power, super clean, or other degreaser. Hose down then spray cleaner then rinse. I personally wouldn't use a power washer...too much pressure will push water into connectors and other places you dont want water. Just my .02

Regular hose pressure is fine. Like a heavy rainfall, just take it easy with the jet stream. After you're done, start it up and take it for a drive to dry everything off.
