I just received my new Extang Trifecta cover. I ordered the one for the Utilitrac system. On the box it lists that it is the model for the Utilitrac. What is the difference between the covers for Utilitrac and not? I can't see any way to tighten the clamps near the cab. The clamp fits into the Utilitrac fine but that makes it so you can't tighten the clamp handle. In other words the clamp handle hits the bottom part of the Utilitrac so that it can't be tightened. It did come with a bag with what looks like some kind of adapters in it but it says they are for 2005's and I have an '04. Should it clamp right on without any kind of adapter?

Extang sends a separate instruction pamphlet just for the Titan w/utilitrak. It should be with the instructions. I have the Extang Tuff Tonno and saw the instructions sheet for that one you have included.

The Utili-trac Extang Trifecta includes plates and track bolts which slide into the track to enable you to attach the clamps. When you order it, and you ask for the U-T version, they just include the plates and bolts. I admit, the T-bar that you twist to tighten it sometimes hits the trac, but it's not enough to keep it from being tightened...at least not on my cover. :dunno:
