Fabtech Lift Kit for an 08

1007 Views 5 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Rhino404
Has anyone lifted and 08 Titan 4x4 with the present Fabtech 6" Kit? I called them direct and they said they couldn't guarantee it because they have not installed one themselves. Would there be anything different on an 08? Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing different.

Consult this thread for a comparison of all the lifts that are available:

I think that is the kit that Rhino404 used on his.
Yeah...thats the one I have. Fabtech is something else...when I've spoken with them, they act as if they've done several 08's...put a man on the moon, etc. Their trouble shooting skills are poor...granted I know it's hard to trouble shoot over the phone...but I am making this statement after having taken that fact into consideration.

Bottom line is the kit works on my 08'. It also sounds as though I may be able to go taller in the future with this particular kit (a plus in my book). But, if I were to do it all over again, I think I would have gone with the CST kit.
Thanks a lot for the info. So I take i,t I can get the basic kit and then purchase Radflow shocks for the front and rear and they will fit with no problems?

Thats true to some extent. The current coilover favorite of the folks at PRG are the SAW's that Greg has valved to his specs. You may also consider those... For that matter, you can always call Greg...he's hard to get ahold of sometimes, but you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who knows more about Titan suspensions...
