felt like tranny was slipping when I did this but maby its normal?

Have you ever done this? Like when you stomp on it and the motor goes to shift down, and the rpms go up and you let off real fast and its like the rpms kinda get stuck up there for a secondd or so and somtimes while its right there you give it gas to catch again and it feels like its slipping and doesnt go anywheres.if you want to see what I mean when you stomp it and the motor shifts down,then take off real hard and the truck goes zoom and goes really fast lol,well when you hit it and it shifts down let off and if the rpms are high or so hit the gas again and see if itll slip or not, mine feels like it only slips when that happens.
