I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about PRG's service being spotty. Long wait times, slow response on questions etc.. I needed some traction bars and sway bar end links and figured I'd give PRG a go. I placed my order on 27 June and it was on my front porch tonight after work 30 June. Super fast delivery, good products. Not trying to discredit those who have had issues, but this was my experience with them and I'll definitely buy from them again. Just one mans $.02

I have always had good service with him too, especially if you can get him on the phone. Only thing ive had problems with is its hard as hell to get him on the phone lol.

not here at all. i called greg to ask him a coilover question, used coilovers...not even new parts form him. he called me back in 2 hours. i missed the call, called him back and he answered. spoke with me for 45 min and talked me out of buying the coilover spacer from him.

called him back the next day after i thought of a few more things, left him a message and called me back same day.

i had similar experience when i bought my mini lift form him. he has my business.

imo awesome guy, awesome products.

It's good to hear that people are able to contact Greg recently. There was a stretch of time (years) that he was rather lousy at customer service, shipping, etc. I spent a bundle of money with him almost seven years ago and he was very good at that time.

Good to know as it's been awhile since i've been active here and at that time it was like pulling teeth from PRG on anything.

I found a local guy to rebuild my SAW shocks. He was very thorough but he wasn't cheap.
