Definitely the 40 series. The shorter the muffler body, the louder it will be.
if you want deep, just get a 3" muffler inlet, and make sure the case is a 5" thick case. from what i have found from doing exhaust research 3" pipe and 5" cases are the deepest sounding, the lenght of the case just dictates the loudness of the exhaust, shorter louder, longer quieter. but in my own opinion a super 40, origional 40, square 40 series or a 50 series would be what you are looking for.
I have a 40 on my truck dumped right after the muffler and it sounds good not too loud but way better than stock. the drone can get annoying sometimes. Regardless, the 40 is the loudest. Imo...
I got the 50 series dual in dual out with 2.25 and like it. There is a 10 series too but it's very loud from the clips I saw. I wanted the 40 series for the sound but wanted to keep my exhaust 2.25 so I could keep the torque. I only found the 40 in 2.5 so I went the 50. Quiet when you're not stepping on it but you hear it when you get on it.
I had 40 on old titan, really loud and cab drone got loud but i liked it. Wicked nice sound and depth. New t i have a super 44 its louder at idle and smoother when accelerating it has a really deep tone. I really like both ive had but i like the louder idle with the super 44. Ive run 3' inlet dual 2.5 outlet on both rigs.

i would really love to hear a sound clip of your truck, thinking about doing the same setup super 44 single 3" in dual 2.5" out on my truck.

AGFarris88,

Of the mufflers you have listed, the Super 40 Delta Flow is going to be the loudest and deepest tone. You can get those with single 3” inlet (center: 9530452 or offset: 9530462) and dual 2.50” outlet and it’s available in Aluminized Steel.

If you want smaller diameter options and availability of 409S Stainless steel mufflers, look at the next step down (still louder and deeper than the 50 and 70) which is the 40 Series Delta Flow line.

In Aluminized Steel we offer inlets ranging from 2” to 3” (center and offset) with outlets ranging from 2” to 2.50”

In 409S Stainless Steel we offer single center inlet (3”) and dual outlets (2.25”: 8430422 or 2.50”: 8430402)

If you have specific application questions, please call our toll free tech line: 1-888-544-4761
