Does anybody know if the fog lights automatically turn off when engaging high beams?

I had this "feature" on my 94 Ranger, and it always annoyed me. Sometimes a guy just wants a lot of light, you know!!!

Every Nissan I've owned to this point has done that. I would assume the same hold true for the Titan.

Yes, they do... I tested it just to find out for myself the first night I had the truck...

Will the fog lights come on with the parking lights only or does the headlights have to be on?

The headlights have to be on for the foglights to work.

Oh, I don't like that. I'll have to change some wiring around or something to make them come on with the parking lights. I like to turn them on during Dusk hours before the head lights come on...

Yes, they will shut off when the high beams are turned on. I too would like them to work with just the parking lights on but don't have time to mess with it.

It should be as simple as splicing the ground from the parking lights switch to the fog light ground (or 12v.. have to look at the wiring diagram to be sure how it works).

On the tundra it was a very simple procedure.

Ugh... just took a look at the wiring for lighting in the SM... yucky poo... data lines, power lines... they sure don't make em like they used to! Looks like it's all computer controlled almost.. would be cool if you could get in there to change the conditions for the fog lights... not sure rewiring would work so well.

I haven't bought the truck yet so, unfortunately haven't been able to get a close look at it or have one to play with. Soon though, I hope....
