Well just how the title say guys beware for those who will run 17 rims on the 2008+ brakes and calipers set up cause even if the caliper clears just by 1/4 or the size of a business card don't take your chances. The reason i say this is because when i purchase my truck at the dealer. They lifted it and they had put a set of Pro Comp 17 rims. well at first the truck drove great. i now have 28k on my titan and when i turn right the caliper rubs against the inside of the rim. it didnt just start now ive always had a squeak noise ever since i bought it and would have the dealer check my brakes and nothing. now the squeak went form mild to damn super loud....lol makes me wanna get tinted windows cause ppl look at me like WTF is wrong with your new truck.well to get back to my point, i had the dealer check it and sure enough as i expected their is caliper contact with the rim. so the dealer had to contact 4 wheel parts, the ones who installed the lift and wheels and now since their is nothing that can be done 4 wheel parts has to buy me a new set of rims and on top of that give me a new set of tires too.....its not too bad for me since im not liable since i didn't lift the truck so guys get a bigger rim that's what i suggest.
