Titan talk hermanos, please let me know if I'm being unrealistic with this sale price. Truck is super clean and has thousands of dollars of add ons. It rides smooth, handles well, very well maintained and gets a lot of compliments. I just need to sell it for financial reasons.

Nice truck man. IMO you're priced high, but I guess that gives the CL'ers plenty of room to negotiate.

If you find the RIGHT buyer (someone willing to shell out the cash for your mods), which takes time, I'd expect to get maybe $32k.

Thank you for the input. I've sold enough on Craigslist and I agree you have to wait for that right buyer, it's not for everyone. When I traded in my modified Xterra at the dealership, it wasn't worth anything to them, but they had me write down all the mods and they sold it in a few days for a lot more detailing all the mods that had gone into it.
