Free Helper Springs which will help with axle wrap. Just pay shipping. Shipping weight is about 13 lbs from zip 68147. USED but in good condition. These are not the Hellwig Traction Springs. Just wanted to make that clear.

Just need a zip code. I believe most shipping to the coast would be around $15.00. You can go to USPS and check rates. 13 lbs from my zip 68147 to your zip. You can just sent me a check after you get them.

Anyone that misses the sale can find those same helper springs at Auto-Zone for about $30. I installed a set on the front of my springs and a u-bolt on the rear of the spring. No more axle wrap.

I'm just curious to know why you don't want them anymore? I read somewhere that when you install these, the rear end of the truck drops about 1", and the ride gets quite a bit stiffer. Is this the case?

I have found that my truck drives better and seems to corner better with the helper springs. Mine did drop a little in the rear but it is hard to notice. I will gladly accept a little lower back end to get rid of that klunk-klunk every time I come to a stop. My son put them on his Silverado to help when he hauls his 4-wheeler in the bed. He said not only does the rear not squat with the 4-wheeler in the bed but the truck also feels more stable in cornering.

I replaced them with the Hellwig Traction Springs. They both do the same job, Hellwig just more expensive and don't lower the rear.
