I put a 2.5" spacer on the front of my truck and a 1" in the back. Shortly after I started to notice a loud clunk when going over several small bumps in succession. After trying different things and getting frustrated I disconnected the sway bar and zip tied it out of the way. The noise stopped. I wasn't a huge fan of handling without the sway bar. On stock springs and shocks its a bit mushy. I played with a couple other things and put the sway bar back. A week or so later, noise was back. And now my sway bar is gone again. It sounds like the front of my truck is going to fall apart. Is it the end links? They look pretty rough. Are stock replacements ok, or do I need to go with something else? What about the sway bar bushings? Should I replace those too?

Do you have aftermarket upper control arms? If not, you probably have coil bucket contact. If you look at the top of the bucket beneath the UCA you'll see a notch/scratch if you have contact. Makes a loud clunk and a squeak when the wheel drops too far.

If you look at your coil bucket, is there any indication your upper control arm is contacting your coil bucket.

I have a very slight bit of cbc on the passenger side. I don't think that's it though. It sounds as though it's coming from the driver side and I can make it come and go whether the sway bar is connected or not. It makes no noise as soon as I disconnect the sway bar.

you could probably benefit from extended end links, Not the bracket lift end links. also new bushings would help. the nissan ones suck.

general rule of thumb: if its a nissan bushing, it will squeak, it is the wrong size, and it will wear out and make horrible noises. I have zero nissan bushings on the front end of my truck lol. except for the rack bushings.

Yep, same. My 07 drives better now than it did back in 09.
