I have a 2wd 2005 Titan with only 23k miles that has never been modified. When I drove it today it rode a lot rougher than usual, and when I got home I noticed that the left front of the truck was a lot lower than the right. Looking underneath, I saw that the spring on the left strut had broken. Has any one else experienced or heard of this type of failure?

Since I bought the Titan new and considering its low miles, under their Good Will program, Nissan has offered to replace the spring at no cost to me.
Thanks for your comments.
