Well I had to upgrade my Frontier, so the only thing to consider was a Titan. I've been an all nissan family. I also have an altima coupe and 85 300zx. Anyways I earned a lot over on the Frontier forum so this was a given to come here.

Awesome! What year? Do you plan to do any modifications? There are a few known nuances with the titan that will need to be addressed eventually...axle vent, manifolds, parking brakes, trans mount, to name a few common issues. Besides that these are excellent vehicles!

2007 Its got the big tow package. Need that to haul the new camper. Truck got 85,000 miles on it, but it's mint
Already had them do the manifolds before i picked up the truck. Didnt know anything about parking brake?
Only a few mods/upgrades got to keep it modest

The parking brake issue has been popular on here recently. From what I gather, the shoes get rusted/corroded and grenade inside the hub, destroying tone rings and making terrible tank track type noises. Might be worth pulling a rotor off to investigate. Axle vent mod is to prevent clogged oem axle vent from not allowing pressure inside the axle to equalize, basically blowing axle seals, which is very costly to repair. The axle vent mod can be purchased from a well known exhaust guru on this site or ou can build your own with toyota barbed union fitting, some old fuel hose and a cheap lawn mower fuel filter. Its a good preventive mod I think. I did it to my most recent titan when it was practically new.
