So I decided to upgrade my 05 brakes to the larger 2008 style made by Frozen Rotor. The parts came in fairly quick and I handed off my truck to my mechanic as I went on a trip. One day in to my trip I get a phone call that the clips to hold the pads were missing. Frozen Rotor was contacted and they jumped on getting the clips to us in just a couple of days. Unfortunately my mechanic had to put the old parts back on and get the truck off the lift. Long story short...Mark Link from Frozen Rotor was on top of it every step of the way, even covering the labor charge caused by the missing clips.
The brakes feel great and the truck stops ?% better.

Until I got Frozen Rotors, brake discs were the only thing my (now) ex wife could cook.
She had 30,000 on those rotors when the moving van came.
Up until that point? 5000 miles was about it.
