FS: 4 Cleats (good condition)
Four cleats.
They wont make you pretty, get you a raise, or a date with that Chip n Dale dancer, but they'll allow you to do manly things like tie down the bedroom set your wife made you get.
No wrench and I don't think they have stops (I'll check tonight, along with pics).
