What does it take to install them and get the power functions to work?

What does it take to install them and get the power functions to work?

Install -
remove tape & remove nuts from mirror housing through door,
remove both door panels for connecter & run wiring correct on other side of door glass.
but to wire mirror ??? for XE maybe Radio shop may have better idea ??
