Is it the complete kit or just the cable? I don't know much about UPREV but brand new I think they are $550 or so.
The cable/kit/hardware is complete. You just need to pay for a tune then you should be good to go.
You can get a tune from Cajun Tuning, which is where I purchased the cable/kit and tuning from. Check with them for current pricing on tuning-only (with a used cable/kit). I'm not sure what the tunes are going for nowadays, but the complete tune and cable kit is going for $600 through their site right now.

It's $150 when getting tuned by Randy Baker and worth every penny. Had my truck dialled in on the second set of data logs.
