Just trying to find out what everyone around the country is paying for our good buddy, petrol these days. Here in Houston, the average price for each is as follows:

1) Regular Unleaded..... $1.85
2) Plus Unleaded......... $1.95
3) Premium Unleaded... $2.05

Not sure how this compares but I can tell you that I filled up with Regular this morning on the way to work and the total was $48.18....Yikes!!

Get ready to be shocked...Just filled the truck tonight:

87 = $2.37
89 = $2.47
91 = $2.57

Yes, a $50 fillup tonight....sigh :crying:

Chris
Starting right now, I promise never to make a complaint about the prices that I am paying for gas. Man, that really stinks. At those prices, this mornings fill up would have cost me $59.25.

$1.87 for Regular here in Killeen, TX. Not sure if anyone has received the email about May 19th.... but it is supposed to be "Dont buy gas day". People think that if everyone in America doesnt buy gas for one day, the govt. will lower prices. They will take a 5.6 billion dollar loss, and will drop prices. I think it is a crock, but just letting yall know if you wanted to try it out. The govt. will never learn their lesson. They will just raise prices to recoupe the loss. :)

yah gas prices suck... and it's not even summer yet!

I expect the prices to reach $3.00/gallon in the summer :crying:

I just start filling up at half tank so that it isn't such a blow on the wallet and doesn't take as long to fill up!

getting around 15.5mpg using 87 and around 16.5 using 91

Well I still love truck but will just have to take the motorcycle more often.

It is nice to have choices

It has been over a week since I put gas in my '95 XE-V6 4x4 KC so I don't know the price for regular. Just this past weekend while I was at Watkins Glen 93 octane was $2.29/gallon. What's also interesting to note, I was filling up the 13 gallon tank twice a day because I was getting about 10 mpg on the track... :)

Here in NH its 1.90, 2.00 and 2.10. Whats up with the west coast, you guys are getting the royal bend over and take it. Thats some serious B.S. Geez even in taxachussetts its way cheaper than the west coast. I remembeer just 6 yrs ago when I was going to school in Lubbock TX, i could get a gallon for 82 cents one summer, but i was driving the supra so i needed premium, that was a whopping 95 cents a gallon. Interesting way to look at is that gas is still cheaper than watar when you figure a 20oz water cost 1.19.

Wasn't one of the greatest movies of all time, Wayne's World, filmed in Aurora?
Sure was. I know exactly where it was filmed. It is fun every summer in downtown Aurora when Mike and Dana come to town and perform for everyone for free. The place is always over capacity.

Over the past week, we craxcked the $2.00 a gallon barrier here in Massachusetts. Last night I paid $2.01/gal for 87, and it was 6 cents off day at the station. Place was packed.

If this keeps up, you can have my Titan...when you pry the key fob from my cold dead fingers!!!

Conway, AR

In Conway, AR - two gas stations last week went to $1.97 while all the rest stayed at $1.85... The next day, they went to $1.87. I did notice one person to get gas there was a cop. I wonder if he advised them of price fixing or what not... Who knows.... However, this week we are now seeing $1.91 at a few spots. That is why I bought myself a sentra... Minimum I get 30mpg... Can't complain about that. The worse on the Armada was 10mpg with all-wheel drive engaged.
