NorCal, When the only mod I had was the 2.5" spacer, it worked out just fine. When I installed the 08+ coils I had the clearance issue, because obv. it was like adding a 2.5" spacer on a 08+ 4x4. RADtitan is talking about adding the 2.5" spacer with 08+ coils as well, which is why I said he is going to have the clearance issues.
'08+ coils are not the issue. They do not make the strut any longer, like a spacer does. The reason the '08+ Titans have more UCA to cb contact is where the cb is welded onto the frame is different than the '04-'07s.

Oh ok I get ya. Maybe then it's just because of the total overall lift from the coil and spacer. My coils and spacers were 6" of lift.

Just to update my old thread...I am still sitting at 5" of lift after getting my alignment and new tires. The alignment was a must because of my positive camber and my steering wheel was off centered. The alignment with the adjustable cam bolts took care of both issues.

Did you ever add blocks in the back? I did this same lift, got the same results as you, but my rear end now even with 2" blocks sits lower than a stock 2wd titan.

So on a 2005 adding just the 08' 4x4 Springs alone should get me 3.5"? Because I am wanting to level mine an inch higher to match the rear, I could do the springs and just remove my 2.5" spacer? I was thinking of doing the RC arms and the Springs while removing the spacer.

I added 1.5" blocks to the rear. I now sit 40" front and rear. Looking at my truck, the rear appears to be higher but it is level.

So I just got 5100's for all 4 corners, Wanted to just level truck, it has 160K on it, would probably need new springs up front too, what is recommended ? I have a 05 CC XE 4x2 ? Regular 08+ springs or what ?
You could probably go with a 2" spacer with the Bilstein's set at 0, and that should level it out. That's going off the presumption your rear is stock. Your best bet is to measure your front and rear height as it is now and go from there.

That should do the trick for you. As you see in this thread, there are two others besides myself that have gotten 3.5" from the springs. I am sure results may vary depending on winches, front hitches, offroad bumpers and etc that change the weight up front.

One more thing...You could go with drop shackles to lower your rear by 1". If you are running your stock shackles, these will prevent your leaf springs from going through the bed.

I recommend these:

Drop-Shackles
