Fenders with the flare/moulding holes are they the same as the fenders without them? Meaning same cut out shape for the wheels/tires.

I don't fully understand the question. Are you wanting to put factory flares on a truck that didn't have them???

I got in a fender bender and need the driver side fender. The good oem fenders I have found at the salvage yards are the ones that have the holes for the fender flares. My friend doing the work and paint says buy it and he'll weld up and cover up the holes. The fender sells for $30 which seems fair for oem parts. I could not find anything on the web in reference to both fenders being identical except for the holes of course. I want to know if the shape of the wheel well is the same on the fenders.
