So like a lot of other people, I decided to switch to the tow mirrors. I knew I would be sacrificing some features from my LE mirrors (mine have every option). I decided it should be easy enough to add some puddle lights so I could at least keep that feature. I got a couple "led bolts" from a company called oznium and installed them into the caps of the mirrors. I ran the wires through the lower post and pinned them into the connector. Since my truck already had puddle lights before, they just plugged in and worked great! Just installed them today so I haven't got any night time pictures yet but they should be plenty bright. I'm pretty happy with the result and it was a $20 project.

My truck is wired for them yes. I might add signals later on

Nice I'm looking for some tow mirrors too how much did you get them for? I added puddle lights to my regular mirrors but used a piece of led strip. Of course yours looks cleaner lol but I paid 8 bucks for a roll of 16ft so I used that since I had it.

Damn i'd have to get back in there and throw a volt meter on to find out which ones are for the signal. I didn't do that during the install bc I was only worried about the puddle lights. Sorry I can't really say which are for the signals.
